Hey there! I’m Gigi, and I LOVE making giant Dubai chocolate Bars. They're so big and delicious! I use Ghirardelli chocolates on the outside and fill them with a mix of toasted kataifi, pistachio creme and tahini. Yes they taste amazing, but my favorite part is watching people smile when they eat it for the first time. Think heavenly sweetness with a creamy crunch! 😊 Yum!
How It All Started...
I love sweets! One day I saw a video of someone eating a Dubai chocolate bar and I just had to taste it. So I got my mom to research where to buy these ingredients and luckily it's easy to get in Los Angeles. So, we go to the store often for supplies because all of my big sis' besties in middle school are placing repeat orders from us! 🥳 My sister❤️helps me a ton in making the chocolates, too.
